At Alpha House we believe that the only way to full restoration is trough the power of Jesus Christ our Lord.  Alpha House seeks to provide an atmosphere of family, forgiveness and reconciliation.

Alpha House believes by facilitating the process of developing the re-entry and resolcialization skills necessary for successful living, residents have a greater chance of becoming independent, productive members of the community.

The staff and volunteers help ex-offenders reach their goals by monitoring their efforts and providing encouragement.  This helps the resident create a program by which they:

• Make a commitment to change
• Develop realistic goals
• Gain a clear understanding of the requirements to reach those goals
• Build Strong support systems
• Receive treatment for substance abuse and participate in relapse prevention educaiton
• Meet positive community role models
• Create an opportunity to prove themseleves
